2016 - 2023

My years with Shopify were a blur of fast paced incredible learning experiences. I started my career with them in the support area of the platform and then migrated into knowledge management where I worked as a project manager. I managed teams to create internal curriculum for staff to be able to better support merchants. In my time doing this job I completed the build of a new 21 course curriculum that over 2000 support staff now use to learn how to provide merchant support for Shopify's largest multi-million dollar clients.

Shopify went from being a relatively obscure Ottawa based tech company into a global platform.  I will forever look back at my Shopify chapter as one of the most exhilarating experiences I have ever encountered in business.
